Global Village Team Leader Training

A cross-cultural team is one of the most life changing events one can experience; leading that team is additionally one of the most exciting, as well as challenging, opportunities of your life.

A well-prepared and thoughtful leader can make a big difference in the impact of the experience on both team members and the host. It is a big responsibility not to be taken lightly, as you will be entrusted with the wise stewardship and care of many valuable resources, the most important being people. However, the rewards of this kind of leadership are great.

Team leading is a lot of work, but it doesn't need to be overwhelming. Training is a big step in the right direction for learning more about the job expected of you, and the tools to make those jobs easier. It is an opportunity to share and learn from others the best of practices in leading Habitat teams - what works, and what hasn't worked; what is done well, what can be done better.

Please join us at either of Habitat's Team Leader Training events in Australia. Potential Team Leaders are also warmly invited; attending the training is not a commitment to lead but rather an opportunity to learn more about what it involves.
