The Global Village programme provides unique opportunities for teams to travel across the Asia Pacific and other regions to build alongside community members. Global Village gives teams the opportunity to plan fundraising activities, organise the logistics of their trip and then takes team members out of their usual environment to build. Team members develop new communication, leadership and team building skills while experiencing a unique personal development activity.

Working on a build site presents a distinctive opportunity to enhance team building, corporate learning and development activities. Building teaches people new skills, builds team performance and lets them see the very meaningful results of their work at the end of the day.
