Delta Air Lines is giving away 2 x Premium Economy Flights to the USA*! We know that you’re probably not thinking of travelling right now but how about in 2021 when the travel ban is lifted? Here is your chance to Win 2 tickets to travel the USA in comfort and give yourself something to look forward to at the end of Iso!

What will you find in Delta Premium Select? Of course, Delta’s signature service, but also a brand new premium cabin providing an enhanced flight experience, the ultimate in comfort, rest and relaxation.

How To Enter:

The fundraiser with the most funds raised (minimum of $1,500 must be fundraised) by July 31st 2020 will be the WINNER of 2x PREMIUM DELTA AIRLINE ECONOMY flights to the USA*.

T&C:  The GIVEAWAY will end on Aug 30th at 23:59pm AEST. Open to Australian Residents only. Winner will be announced on the landing page and contacted via email by a Habitat staff member on August 1st, 2020.

*Please note that all Habitat Staff (the top fundraisers on the leader board 1-9th place) are not eligible to win this giveaway. So don’t be discouraged if you are in 10th place on the leader board because you are then actually in 1st place!  To be eligible to WIN the fundraiser must fundraise a minimum of $1,500. If no fundraiser reaches the minimum fundraising requirement of $1,500 by 31st of July at 23:59 AEST 2020 Habitat for Humanity Australia has the right to cancel this Giveaway and re-purpose the Prize in a new GIVEAWAY.

What if I raise the same amount as another fundraiser, how will you pick a winner?

If two or more fundraisers raise the exact same dollar value then they will go into a draw at random where one person will be declared the winner of the DELTA flights.

When must the flights be booked and used by?

Flights must be booked before the 30th of September 2021. The tickets need to be used for any available dates until the 30th of September 2022.

What states of the USA can the flights be used for?

Tickets can be used from Sydney to Mainland U.S (48 states) return, excludes Alaska & Hawaii

Can I fly from anywhere in Australia to the USA?

No, Tickets can only be used from Sydney to Mainland U.S (48 states) return, excludes Alaska & Hawaii.

Will my domestic flights within Australia to Sydney be covered by DELTA?

No, passengers who live in other cities in Australia must arrange their own means of transport to Sydney in order to be able to fly from Sydney to the USA.

Are the taxes for flights covered by DETLA?

No, Taxes are payable by the passenger/s at time of booking.

CoFIT-19 Challenge - FAQ's

Join us today on the CoFIT-19 Challenge! Stay home and stay fit, all while making an immeasurable difference to vulnerable lives throughout our region.

We all know the benefits of keeping yourself moving for both physical and mental health. Be creative and share your positive stories of remaining active in and around your home. Set yourself a goal, ask your friends and family to support you so we can support vulnerable communities in need.

Help us reach a collective $50,000 raised by contributing 50,000 minutes of exercise, all at your own pace. We’ll be announcing prizes for the most active fundraisers, and most creative work-outs so stay tuned!

What challenge can I set for myself?

You can commit to doing anything at all so be creative. Here are a few ideas we’ve received from supporters already:

  • x number of push-ups per day for 30 days
  • x number of steps/kms per day
  • No chocolate for 30 days
  • 30mins of exercise per day
  • A push-up/sit-up or a minute of exercise for every dollar raised
  • Kettle bell swings (with a bottle of milk)
  • Lentil lunges – rolling a can of lentils along the carpet when lunging.
  • Kitchen bench presses

After you register, we’ll be in touch regularly via email with fundraising tips and information on where your funds go and the difference your fundraising is making.

How much should I set as my fundraising target?

 This is up to you. There is no minimum, but we encourage you to stretch yourself.

Our fundraisers are often surprised how much support they can receive in a short period of time. You can always increase your goal, as every bit counts.  

Why do I need to register?

We ask you to register so that your personal fundraising page is created and we can send you all the resources to help you on your way.  

I’ve forgotten my username and/or password.

If you’re trying to log in but you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘Forgot password?’  link on the log in screen. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. 

Where does my fundraising money go?

Every dollar raised through CoFIT-19 helps fund Habitat’s life-changing work in providing safe and decent housing, along with the strength, stability and independence for vulnerable communities to build better lives. For more information on the ways your donations make a difference click here.

Can I use Facebooks 'Fundraisers' option to raise funds?

While this is an option, we do not encourage using this platform. The best way to encourage friends and family to donate to your fundraiser is through the sharable link we send you. While funds raised through facebook come to Habitat, we are not advised of when. Therefore we will be unable to attribute any funds raised on Facebook, to your overall total on your Fundraising page, and we can’t send you prizes when you smash your goals! 

Will Habitat help me promote my fundraising page?

If you use social media, the best way to publicise your event is through the Habitat for Humanity Australia Facebook Page and Twitter account. 

You can upload and share your photos directly onto our Facebook Page.
