On Friday 26th of October, Habitat hosted its Networking Luncheon to showcase our work through our keynote speakers Brian Tasker, National General Manager from Boral Property Group and Paul Mulroney, the Chairman of Habitat for Humanity NSW and QLD. Brian shared his experience of Rock the House during a weeklong volunteering experience building homes with 24 Boral staff members in a small village in Yogyakarta, Indonesia back in 2016.
We are very grateful for Brian’s passion and support of Habitat’s work overseas and locally. As a major partner, Boral is helping us build stronger and more resilient communities in the Asia Pacific region and in Australia. They have impacted the lives of over 4,000 families in need.
